F.L.EX.S.P.A.C.E. serves individuals from the ages of 15 to 30 who have a variety of disabilities to ensure they have the opportunity for friendship and to learn about living a healthy and independent life.
Description
F.L.EX.S.P.A.C.E. began May 12th of 2020 at the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic to offer opportunities for those with disabilities to socialize with others and get some daily movement in via Zoom. As it became safer, we decided to host 1-2 in-person events in Plano, TX per month. We currently have Zoom workout meetings twice per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays), a Music Jam Session social event via Zoom on Fridays, and a social event every Saturday (in-person once or twice per month).
