Mission Statement

The Charles City Volunteer Fire and EMS Inc is an organized and operated corporation located in the county of Charles City. It is the Charles City Volunteer Fire and EMS Inc.'s mission to provide fire protection and medical assistance to the citizens of this locality and to other localities as the CHief and other governing officials may deem necessary. It is the departments' mission to provide fire suppression, fire prevention, and medical care in a safe and timely manner. The department shall acquire and maintain fire and ems vehicles and equipment for present and future demand of the locality in which they serve.
