The Jennifer Smart Foundation’s mission is to encourage effective communication in youth and adults, by providing workshops and other experiences that allow them to share their life-changing messages with a broader audience.
The foundation's main activities include workshops and coaching on communication skills, including public speaking, customer service, interviews and other career-building skills, using audio and video technology. Programs are available for kids, teens and adults. The organization also runs a local nonprofit radio station, which gives participants a platform on which to share their messages. Radio and TV production facilities are also available to individuals, groups and businesses, to assist in the promotion of effective communication within the community.
Workshops and events are held in the Find Your Voice Center, located in the Outlets at Lake Elsinore, which includes a radio studio and both practical and virtual (green screen) video sets. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the foundation relies on the generous support of individuals and businesses to make a difference in our community and the world.
