Georgia Writers is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that is dedicated to encouraging and promoting writers throughout Georgia. Whether you’re a novice writer who wants to learn more about craft or you’re an established, award-winning writer, we have resources and opportunities available so that you can both learn from and give back to your creative community. We want to facilitate a world in which every person has a say in their narrative-how it’s written, perceived, and who hears it. In order to help you find your voice and audience, we offer our members complimentary monthly workshops at Alongside, discounted registration for our annual Red Clay Writers Conference, inclusion in our member directory, access to our co-writing groups on Zoom, a subscription to Poets & Writers, discounts on writing software, and savings on our Alongside extended online classes.
