Mission Statement
Our mission is to deliver high-quality and holistic client-centered healthcare solutions through our one-stop shops, capacity building, research, advocacy, and partnership to help the vulnerable populations in Nigeria to live healthier and be respected in society.
Description
The Centre for Population Health Initiatives (CPHI) is a registered community-led nonprofit, non-governmental organization born from the international organization- the Population Council in June 2020 to meet the sexual and reproductive health needs of vulnerable and marginalized populations in Nigeria. CPHI provides client-centered services and offers an appropriate mix of interventions at facilities (through our one-stop-shop centers known as the community health and research center) and communities within all the Local Government Areas in Lagos and Rivers states. We provide integrated HIV and comprehensive sexual and reproductive health and rights services through advocacy, capacity building, partnerships, research, and quality service provision. Our target populations include LGBTIQ and other men who have sex with men (MSM), sex workers, people who use drugs, persons in prisons, and their partners.
