For Single Fathers Inc.(FSFINC), was incorporated on May 9, 2019 by a single father of 6 who knew first hand the feeling of having no support from society. There are limited resources for single fathers such as shelters, family court, benefits, food, and education. Our goal is to bridge the divide and end the prejudice from society that is placed on single parent homes. Here at FSFINC we advocate for single fathers that may not be aware of their rights as fathers. We advise and assist them with conquering their barriers and hardships to allow dad to focus on what matters most, the family. We partnered with local businesses and are seeking more partnerships to ensure our fathers receive proper support. We reunited 2 kidnapped children with their fathers that were unaware of their fathers rights. We aided some recovery. We also recognized the fathers changes as they interacted with their children and each other. FSFINC has recently partnered with Baltimore County. We distributed food to the community during a pandemic for 1½ years. We partnered with St. Matthew U.M.C church and Maryland Food Bank to open our own food pantry.
