Duncan Tree Foundation is passionate about wellness. We believe being whole means having balance in all aspects of life including physical, emotional, financial, and spiritual. Our desire is to spread messages of healing to help educate and empower underserved communities in all areas on the ground and online.

Description

The Duncan Tree Foundation exists to affect positive change in underserved communities in the U.S. and around the world. Since our founding in 2008, we’ve had a tremendous impact in helping improve the quality of life for many young people struggling with Scoliosis and other spine deformities.

Today, we embark on a new journey to build upon the impactful work we’ve started. This new and exciting journey allows us to focus on the following key areas:

  • Being spiritually grounded: the importance to our spiritual and mental health

  • Emotional wellness: working through trauma; finding forgiveness; staying on track with our goals; freeing ourselves from negative thoughts and influences

  • Physical wellness: simple ways to maintain physical fitness and good nutrition and its importance to overall wellness

  • Financial health: easy ways to manage your finances, eliminate debt, create financial security, generate wealth and leave a legacy for future generations.
