"Missing Children: a Gathering" is a nationally touring art event designed to promote community awareness and participation in the issues of our most precious resource: our children.

Description

This unique, growing installation of painted portraits of children reported missing in the US was created by artist, John Paul Thornton. The event travels throughout the country and asks for local community participation. The project brings art to the public in a fresh, new way -inviting participants to WEAR a portrait themselves- creating a living, moving exhibition!!
