Steel City Improv Theater’s mission is to teach and advance the art of long-form improvisation, helping students embrace their natural gifts and develop the talents needed to perform professional-level improv shows. Description
Steel City Improv Theater has been the home of improvisational comedy classes and shows since 2010. As part of its community outreach, SCIT also offers improv workshops to corporate, nonprofit, and public sector organizations. In 2022, the nonprofit is changing its name from Steel City Improv Festival to Steel City Improv Theater, in conjunction with entering a license agreement with the LLC theater.
