The Assistant Director would be a member of the Board of Officers. Duties would include: Support the Executive Director in duties (decision making, meeting attendance, etc) Co-manage events (Concerts, fundraisers, etc) Qualifications: Degree in Music Performance, Music Education, Music Business, or similar field Experience in managing live performances and/or working with performing musicians Experience in working with fundraising Familiarity in working with youth and/or school music programs Aligns with Collaborative Musicians' Project's Code of Conduct and Policies ( https://comusicpro.org/conduct-%26-policies-code)
