Mission Statement

1. Assist member companies to comply with current anti-corruption laws and obtain certification of international integrity management standards in order to realise zero tolerance to corruption in their business dealings. 2. Train company employees to assimilate positive work culture in discharging their duties. 3. Facilitate healthy dealings with the government where appropriate through Pemandu and other government agencies. 4. Promote growth through business dealings among member companies and as well as non-member companies. 5. Form a united voice against fraud, malpractices, bribery in the market place.

Description

CBI is a non-profit organization poised to champion integrity for a better Malaysia. Integrity is the key word that determines the success of an individual, the society and the nation. Everything that we do, from the smallest to the biggest task, is governed by our own level of integrity. Knowing what is right to do but fail to do it is lack of integrity. The lack of integrity has resulted in rampant corruption, scandals, environmental degradation, global warming and weather change and many more. Countries with high CPI (Corruption Perceptions Index) score tend to have higher level of integrity in their way of managing resources, governance, judiciary, productivity etc. We stand by integrity to impact the nation by combating corruption on two fronts; namely the marketplace and institutions of learning.
