Description
The story of MeaningfuLives begins with Angie and Jameson, two different individuals who merged along our respective journeys to make an impact and create a space where individuals could come to grow and heal on their journey. Upon entering into friendship, we soon discovered where our passions and talents converged, leading us to the decision of founding our nonprofit, MeaningfuLives Counseling and Wellness Services (MeaningfuLives).
We have a vision. We believe in equity among all individuals. We see a clear and distinctive need for individuals who do not regularly, if ever, have access to quality and affordable mental health care and wellness programming. We believe that mental health and wellness services should be for all, not only for those who can afford them. Those who have consistent access to wellness often report self-growth, a greater ability to handle their stress and hardship, and an overall fuller life. At MeaningfuLives we want this to be our clients' reality.
Our services have been intentionally developed to bring a greater fullness of life and enhance the positive work already being done in the community. Withstanding is our philosophical belief that our organization will be a part of igniting North Carolina (and beyond) in its creation and maintenance of a truly accessible health and wellness movement. We are committed to creating family, amongst and within our communities.
