Little Bit is looking for motivated individuals that can bring their ideas and unique perspectives to our company. We are in the process of developing a social media identity, brand, and message and looking for volunteers to help us craft and post engaging content. This is an opportunity to join a non-profit in the startup phase. We are looking for ambitious, passionate self-starters to join our team. In particular, we are looking for someone who can help us create short informational videos outlining sustainable practices people can introduce into their own lives. Activities include: Draft interview scripts for social media videos Review scripts with broader team to gather feedback Create video content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok) -- this does not mean you have to be in the videos, just to facilitate their completion Coordinate posts across platforms Create an inclusive and supportive online community

We are looking for motivated individuals that can bring their ideas and unique perspective to Little Bit. As a committee lead, you will be responsible for managing one of Little Bit’s committees. This position is perfect for self-starters who are passionate about sustainability and enjoy leading a team. As our Volunteer Coordinator, you will be helping us better coordinate our volunteer efforts by making sure our existing volunteers are fully supported and recruiting volunteers based on the needs of our committees. Responsibilities include: Define and deliver committee objectives for each quarter Meet with committee members at least bimonthly to track progress and identify risks Collaborate with other committee leads to resolve dependencies and deliver cross-committee objectives Recruit and onboard volunteers Work with committees to understand volunteer needs and match candidates to find well-suited roles Answer volunteer inquiries Track and manage volunteer hours on a monthly basis Engage with partner organizations to ensure volunteers are supported We are currently an entirely volunteer-run organization, so this role will be very important to make sure we have a great volunteer experience and can retain our volunteers in the long-term.

As our Marketing lead, you will be responsible for working with the social media and fundraising teams to help Little Bit become known. We are a start-up organization, so this role is perfect for someone who wants to be part of a small, collaborative (and very passionate) team. Responsibilities include: Define and deliver committee objectives for each quarter Meet with committee members at least bimonthly to track progress and identify risks Collaborate with other committee leads, especially our social media and fundraising leads, to resolve dependencies and deliver cross-committee objectives Define the tone and writing style for Little Bit's platforms (social media, website) Customize messaging based on platform and audience Create strategy on how to best market our website and reach our target audience (help us create accessible, simple messaging that can communicate our objectives and get buy-in) Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) is a plus, but not required Experience with some experience in Google Analytics, or website analytics/mgmt is a plus, but not required The great news is that we already have several active, dedicated volunteers who will be your team! No need to do everything yourself, we're looking for someone to coordinate efforts across the entire team.
