Community Democracy in Action (CDA) will be gathering signatures in 2022 to put a People's Budget Amendment on Oakland's general election ballot.
Community Democracy in Action (CDA) is a fiscally sponsored project of the Sustainable Economies Law Center (SELC) and is co-managed by volunteer members of Community Democracy Project (CDP), a grass roots organization working to bring a participatory People's Budget to Oakland, CA, putting the power of the city budget back in the hands of the people.
