To end self destructive behavior resulting from trauma.

Description

We are a 501c3 non profit.
Our vision is to calm the nervous system through evidence based practice. Mindfulness meditation may offer a more self empowered clear calm choice. We teach to all dis advantaged populations including youth, veteran, first responders at scholarship and sliding scale rates.
