No Meat May runs global challenge events where we share practical tools and build empowering and supportive communities to sustain long-term behaviour change. We bring people together to discover incredible plant-based food from all corners of the world. Feedback from participants in the No Meat May Challenge is overwhelmingly positive with 98% reporting a positive or "life-changing experience". And with more than 90% of people reducing or eliminating their meat consumption after taking part, the positive impact extends well beyond May.
