Mission Statement
To transform the economy by breaking down barriers for Black and Latin/x professionals in tech
Description
Established in 2016, Hack.Diversity is a workforce development non-profit advancing a more inclusive, innovative, and prosperous Boston. We partner with the city’s fastest growing tech teams to identify, develop, and equip high-performing talent - who predominantly identify as Black or Latin/x - to launch careers within the tech and innovation economy. Our fellowship program includes professional development training, an extended hackathon, high-touch mentorship, and access to self-guided learning platforms to upskill tech proficiencies, as well as support throughout a summer internship and beyond. Meanwhile, our partnerships curriculum ensures that organizations are able to bridge the gap between the cultures they want and the cultures and practices they currently have.
Our vision: a world where success is not limited by access, and the jobs of today and tomorrow create wealth for ALL.
