Mission Statement

Heritage Hospice strives to enhance the quality of life for those who are in the final stages of a terminal illness and by letting our patients and families know they do not have to face the transition alone. We are committed to supporting their loved ones by providing compassionate care through a holistic and interdisciplinary approach.

Description

We are a ministry-minded, privately, locally owned and operated hospice located in Evansville, IN. since 2005. We deliver outstanding, quality care to our patients and families. Because we are a one-of-a kind and privately owned hospice we are able to customize our care and meet the individual needs of our clients. Our patients are often our neighbors, our family, and our friends. It is our ministry to serve, our purpose to care, and our mission to provide excellent symptom management, spiritual guidance, and emotional support to not only the patient, but the whole family. Volunteers are the hearts and hands of our services and vital to every one of Heritage Hospice’s programs. We have volunteers who assist with patient and family care, respite care, bereavement support, office work, public education, special events and fundraising projects, crafts, quilts and blankets. Our Volunteers are treasured as they are priceless in helping to care for and support our patients and their families.
