Description

Avalon Hospice is a hospice service that provides care for individuals and their families at end of life. We provide medical, spiritual, and social work support in a compassionate and respectful fashion. Our volunteers have the humbling opportunity to support and create relationships with our patients through conversation, music, arts, pet therapy and many other modalities.
