Mission Statement

The mission and goal of Acts Signature Hospice is to promote dignity and quality of life for patients with serious, often life-threatening illnesses, and for their families. To advocate and support informed decision-making and ensure that patient and family wishes and goals are identified and respected and to apply scientific evidence in the relief of pain and other symptoms through the multidisciplinary delivery of expert symptom management and palliative care. This mission is based on the conviction that the symptoms, pain and suffering that may be associated with serious illness should be addressed and relieved in every manner possible, with the goal of improving the quality of life for both the patient and family.
