At Small Acts for Good (Formerly UpWorks for Good) we believe the act of volunteering, no matter how small, can bring positive change to communities, everywhere.
Established in 2020, in the midst of a global pandemic, UpWorks for Good seeks to help provide volunteers both access to communities in need as well as opportunities to help develop the tools and services needed to best address those at-risk populations.Uplifting communities through volunteerism is the core objective of what we do at Small Acts for Good. Our mantra follows the accomplishment formula of Connect - Engage - Empower.
We endeavor to volunteer and to connect volunteers with populations and communities in need of services, skills and goods. We then engage with our volunteers and the communities to develop strategies to inform and empower each volunteering impact effort - maximizing peoplepower, information, resources and success skills.
