We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator for the Real Queens Fix Each Others’ Crowns . This volunteer role would be responsible for collaborating with other marketing and other departments to develop successful social media campaigns. Their duties include communicating with graphic designers, overseeing social media campaign schedules, and pulling KPI data to determine social media campaigns’ success. Our ideal candidate will have: Excellent multitasking skills Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Key responsibilities include: Assist team with implementing and managing our social media strategy Create and oversee social media content Measure the success of every social media campaign Keep up to date on the latest social media best practices and technologies Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite and Canva Provide constructive feedback Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network Meet with Manager and team on completing marketing goals and deadlines Follow volunteer guidelines and agreement

We are looking for a Grant Writer for the Real Queens Fix Each Others’ Crowns . This volunteer role would be responsible for researching potential grant opportunities, assisting with fundraising events, strategies deadlines, and goals. Our ideal candidate will have: Strong written communication skills; ability to write clear, structured, articulate, and persuasive proposals. Strong editing skills. Attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines. Knowledge of fundraising information sources. Experience with proposal writing and institutional donors. Knowledge of basic fundraising techniques and strategies. Knowledge and familiarity with research techniques for fundraising prospect research. Strong contributor in team environments Key responsibilities include: Prepares proposals by determining concepts, gathering and formatting information, writing drafts, and obtaining approvals. Enters and monitors tracking data. Coordinates requirements with contributors and contributes proposal status information to review meetings. Maintains quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone; maintaining proposal support databases. Obtains approvals by reviewing proposals with key providers and development managers. Perform prospect research on foundations and corporations to evaluate prospects for corporate and foundation grants. Comply with all grant reporting as required by foundation/corporate donors.

This role would be responsible for researching and building relationships with potential donors, organizing fundraising events, and recommending and implementing fundraising strategies and goals. Our ideal candidate will have: Prior fundraising experience for nonprofits or charities Excellent interpersonal skills that establish and maintain credibility and relationships Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Good strategic and tactical thinking The ability to work in a collaborative style and move others to action by planning, motivating, and organizing work tasks Ability to manage team and delegate tasks Able to meet deadlines and goals Key responsibilities include: Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential donors through in-person meetings at events, cold-calling, direct mailing, and other networking methods Networking with companies to establish ongoing/event sponsorships Working with RQFEOC’s marketing and outreach team members to increase awareness of the RQFEOC organization by e-mail/web marketing, word-of-mouth at local conferences and other events, and other means Maintain and implement fundraising strategies, which may include organizing fundraising events, web-based fundraising (youcaring, indiegogo, etc.), grant applications, and others Managing development team and goals Maintains department budget and financial reporting Working with marketing team members to develop appropriate solicitation materials and other correspondence and acknowledgments Tracking and analyzing past fundraising efforts to measure effectiveness and forecasting for future fundraising needs Managing the donor database to ensure contact information is current and donor contact preferences are honored

Real Queens Fix Each Other's Crowns develops programs to inspire women to reclaim their crowns and communities. We center our outreach around creating safe spaces for women and young girls to discuss their mental health openly. In addition, Real Queens aims to close the gender inequality gap. We believe that providing access to community healing, cultivating brave spaces, and providing public education will help young girls and women live life to the fullest as well as create sustainability within communities. We are looking for a Website Developer for the Real Queens Fix Each Other’s Crowns . This volunteer role is responsible for maintaining and updating the organization's website. The Website Developer works closely with the nonprofit's leadership and marketing team to align the website's information with the organization's current and upcoming events, and information. Our ideal candidate will have: Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role. Experience with Wix’s user interface. Experience with responsive and adaptive design. Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of SEO principles is a plus. Portfolio of past projects demonstrating proficiency in web development. Key responsibilities include: Ensure the website is up to date (e.g., Past/Upcoming Events, Volunteer Opportunities, Team Page, etc) Ensure the website is visually appealing and features a user-friendly design with clear navigation. Ensures the website is consistent with our branding. Collaborate with team members to understand the organization’s requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure the website is optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Perform website testing and debugging. Update website design to include community impact metrics, community target map, and any other graphic elements that need to be added to the website.
