Mission Statement
For the countless animals that are abandoned, abused, malnourished and unwanted, we provide sterilization, immunization and critical vet care and then find them a forever home.
Description
We rescue dogs and cats from the streets of Mexico and get them fully vetted and sterilized. Once that is done we bring them to the United Sates primarily San Diego for adoption events. We need help at the events. The larger dogs need a person to handle them and the puppies are in gates and we need to monitor them

Well established - "partnered" with Petco as an adoption agency. Good mission, lots of dogs, some are still in need of many more months of behavioral training and socialization. Overall rewarding and gets the job done.

This was my first experience of volunteering in San Diego, but they were really kind to me so I could take a fun and enjoy with the volunteering.

We at the Full Hearts Foundation had a lot of fun working with Tragic to Magic to take care of the dogs and introduce them to potential adopters during the 2023 Howl O Ween Mega Adoption Event. We would highly recommend other high schoolers to volunteer with Tragic to Magic as well! The dogs are in great need of volunteers with a warm heart.
