Mission Statement

"Building the Kingdom together" Ephesians 4:11-16 states that the 5 fold ministry is given to "EQUIP/ MATURE the saints for the work of the ministry". We follow God's design- He trained the 12 disciples and they were used to change, spread and mobilize the WORD of GOD. Here at CTRC we have decided and determined to do it GOD's WAY so we ALL grow and mature in our faith.

Description

Christ the Rock Church was established in May 2010 in Blue Springs by Vijen and Anthea Ramdhani. We moved to our current location in Independence in February 2015. The building was bought in December 2018 and construction on the building started in January 2020. Pastor Vijen lead the men and volunteers in starting the construction at the church. He was an amazing, talented and extremely brilliant man of God.

June 2,2020 Pastor Vijen suddenly passed away from a heart attack while working at the church, in front of the alter. He left behind his wife, Anthea, and 2 young boys aged 16 and 14 yrs old. Anthea and the boys knew that Vijen had accomplished all that God had called him to do and that they were going to continue the work of the ministry. Anthea has picked up the mantle to lead the church and is now the Senior Pastor. God has been faithful in taking care of the family and the church during thois time, amidst all the transitions. God has brought healing and restoration.

The construction on the church building has been slow, steady and costly. We would appreciate all the support we can get - both physically and monetary. I pray that if you are able to assist in any way, we would appreciate your expertise.
