Being a Hospice Volunteer at AccentCare is rewarding work. End-of-life is often a challenging time for patients as well as their loved ones. As a volunteer you offer treasured companionship and invaluable family support to those who need it most. All you need is compassion. You'll be working with a team of professionals who will provide volunteer training and on-going support. A flexible schedule can be designed to accommodate your availability.

Description

We offer different categories of volunteering including vet-to-vet companionship, angel care, music therapy, . Volunteer activities can include many simple pleasures such as: Reading, Listening to music, Playing cards/games, Craft-making, Having a conversation, and/or office support.
