Mission Statement
The Shippensburg Community Parks and Recreation Authority (SCPRA) was incorporated for the purpose of providing positive, meaningful and quality recreational programs, activities and facilities that will encourage and promote a healthy and growing community.
Description
We are an independent Authority that is very much invested in inviting community input to help us create recreational programs that serve all members of our community. We invite the community to our monthly meetings (first Thursday of each month) at the Southampton Township, Franklin County municipal building on Municipal Drive.
