We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals who are willing to volunteer their time to help us with various tasks such as sorting, organizing, and distributing food items. Welcome to our donation pick-up route volunteer opportunity! As a volunteer on our donation pick-up route, you will play a key role in helping our organization collect and distribute food to those in need. Your efforts will help us obtain essential food items that are crucial for individuals and families who are experiencing tough times. We need your help on Mondays from 8:30am-11:00am and Wednesdays from 8:00am-1:00pm. You would be going with our staff to our local donors and collecting food for our weekly distribution. No previous experience is necessary, and all training and equipment will be provided. If you're interested in becoming a volunteer on our donation pick-up route, please contact me today. As you may know, homelessness is a growing problem in our society. Many individuals and families struggle to find shelter, safety, and basic necessities on a daily basis. Our organization provides essential resources such as laundry, showers, clothing, and support services to help those in need get back on their feet. We are looking for volunteers who can commit their time to help us with various tasks such as handing out soap/towels/clothes, organizing donations, coordinating showers and assisting with the laundry room. Volunteers will also have the opportunity to interact with clients and provide them with much-needed support and compassion.
