The Wellness Couch is a mental health and wellness non-profit organization that is dedicated to offering an unique wellness experience for all individuals. Our mission is to provide education and safe spaces for self-care and healing that cross demographic and socio-economic boundaries.

Description

Our goal is to assist individuals in need of therapy but have financial constraints. Through the C.O.T.C program at The Wellness Couch we are able to match individuals/families in need of therapy with a mental health professional, for 5 free therapy sessions. In addition The Wellness Couch has mental health professionals that are available to service local schools or businesses needs. What we offer, Social/Emotional Learning curriculums, Grief Support/Crisis Intervention Planning, Cultural Competency Training, Mental Health First Aid Training, implementation of Restorative Justice Methods.
