Camp Woodrich exists to bring joy, adventure, and rest to families with children with special needs.
Camp Woodrich has a vision for a full-fledged summer camp for families with children with special needs to experience the magic of camp - at no cost to them. The children with special needs and their siblings will each be "buddied up" one on one with a volunteer so they have undivided attention enjoying camp activities, while the parents receive much needed rest (and activities of their own!). While we are raising money to build our camp home, we are bringing camp to these families all around the Puget Sound region. We hold events year-round like rock climbing, crafts, zoo visits, swimming... so many fun adventures!
