Mission Statement
AD99 Solutions' mission is to change the trajectory of under-resourced youth by providing education and resources in supportive and safe environments so they are empowered academically, socially, and athletically.
Description
AD99 Solutions was founded in 2019 by Pittsburgh native and Super Bowl Champion Aaron Donald. AD99 Solutions offer two high quality programs - Prep Forward and Community Engagement.
Prep Forward is preparatory training for select Black, student-athletes, ages 13-18, residing in Allegheny County. Prep Forward is an educational based program that supports athletes and their families while on the path to post-secondary education. Prep Forward graduates are in 10 continual education institutions in 6 states throughout the country.
The Community Engagement program consists of events, projects, and initiatives that aim to support communities through education, advocacy, and resource allocation by partnering with national companies, local businesses, schools, and organizations with similar interests in empowering youth. Youth from 34 states and 3 countries have participated in this program.
