Mission Statement

The Blue Rose Foundation believes that equal access to resources starts children on an early pathway to success, and strengthens our families and communities. By awarding preschool scholarships to children from economically disadvantaged families, we foster a life-long love of learning and provide the children with the tools to reach their full potential.

Description

The Blue Rose Foundation started in 2014 as a way to honor those we have lost with the gift of preschool education for those less fortunate. Our vision is a world where every child has the ability to attend an accredited, respected preschool to help prepare that child for a successful educational career. We provide grants for scholarships for high quality preschools across the country.
