The Mission of DVI is to provide educational, vocational, and technical support to empower and foster independence for Delawareans with visual impairments.

Description

DVI is one of Delaware's oldest state agencies and provides a holistic, integrated service approach-serving individuals between the ages of 1 month and 107 years. The agency works in partnership with the consumer and the community to improve the safety, education, and employment of blind and visually impaired Delawareans.
