Description

DVI is one of Delaware's oldest state agencies and provides a holistic, integrated service approach-serving individuals between the ages of 1 month and 107 years. The agency works in partnership with the consumer and the community to improve the safety, education, and employment of blind and visually impaired Delawareans.
