Making Connections 4U is a non-profit organization servicing Santa Cruz & Cochise County. We are a group of community partners working together towards making healthy, and strong vibrant communities where everyone has an opportunity to achieve their full health potential

We have a simple goal: to give people in our communities information on resources, and services available to them locally. Our goal is to connect people to resources to improve their overall health.
