Mission Statement
The project aimed at creating opportunities to learn English with English speaking teachers to children and youth of Myanmar people ,low income families & people from rural areas. Due to political situations and Covid-19 all the state schools, Universities & Private Colleges have been closed since 2019 December. Myanmar is one of the poorest country in South East Asia. Most of the students are unable to afford English courses in other English Centers with high tuition fees. Through learning English with English speaking teachers, the children and youths will be equipped with English skills that help them to get better job opportunities and scholarship opportunities.
Description
We are little group of students from Myanmar. We develop the The Sun Innovation team in 2019. Today, we have over 1,000 students who have learned from us. We not only teach English but also other Basics computer courses for free to help them get opportunities in the future. We are an education project to help the children and youths study English with volunteer from many countries. Though learning English with native speaking teachers, the children will be equipped with English skills that help them to get better job opportunities and scholarship opportunities. The volunteer always be treated as the member of the family. We use Zoom to set up a video call to teach. Please let us know if you would like to do something to help us, Thank you.
