Our mission is to reach those marginalized by society, yet seeking hope in Jesus Christ.

Description

Our vision is to create a place where the community of Reading can come and feel welcome. Whether it be our after school program, homeless ministry, or summer camp program, we want the people of Reading to feel like they belong and to know they have a safe place to exist. At City Light, it is our goal to reach children and youth at their point of need. Most of our kids live in poverty. The best way to break the cycle of poverty that has existed in our families for decades is through education- this is what we are passionate about.
