Seeking college students to provide companionship for hospice patients.

Do you have a heart for helping people? We are looking for students who need volunteer hours while working around YOUR schedule helping our patients in their homes or nursing home settings, or assisting our administrative staff in the office. We want to help connect those who are caring, intereseted in listening to stories and willing interact with our patients (like watch TV, play cards, doing a puzzle...), with the right patient who's wanting amazing companionship at this stage of their life

Hospice companionship volunteer to visit terminally ill patients

We are currently seeking compassionate people to visit hospice patients in Prescott and the surrounding areas. If you have a passion for serving others and enjoy making a difference in the lives of others please reach out to us. Our Volunteers provide support to patients and families by providing companionship through active listening, storytelling, games and other activities. This can also include other duties such as writing letters on behalf of patients, assisting with plant or pet care, meal preparation, or support with light household chores if appropriate and willing.
