Mission Statement
Youth Equality Society (YES) hopes to advocate for global equality in all scopes by encouraging and working with the youth to make a change.
Description
All humans have the right to be treated equally regardless of one’s race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, health, or other status. But far too often, that right is infringed upon. In this century, issues with inequalities have risen to levels never seen before. Yet the youth’s involvement in such issues has always been limited. The youth are the future of this world, and it is vital that the youth get involved in this crisis.
Youth Equality Society (YES) hopes to empower youth to take action for equality in all societies around the world. YES will be providing various opportunities to participate in actions such as, but not limited to, research projects, publication opportunities, and social movements, to open pathways for the future generation to be able to get their voice heard, and make a change for equality.
