To promote and enhance the shared sense of identity of our community through an annual parade and festival.
Colony Days began in 1973, as a celebration of the community of Atascadero. Since then, it has held a parade each year since 1974.
It is held on the first Saturday of October. The Atascadero Colony Days Committee is the force behind the annual celebration.
We are a 501(c)3 volunteer-led non-profit and are fully supported by the community since its inception.
