Mission Statement

The mission of the HopeWorks VISTA Program is to build capacity in Snohomish County organizations through sustainable projects which focus on lifting individuals out of poverty through the partnership with AmeriCorps.

Description

On September 10th, 2021, the HopeWorks VISTA Program is hosting a virtual day of service which will feature all AmeriCorps VISTA team members serving with the HopeWorks VISTA Program in recognition of 9/11. Join us on a day of celebrating unity, honor, and compassion as we introduce each AmeriCorps team member with their contribution of teaching our local communities valuable life skills from cooking - to outdoor recreation.

The September 11 National Day of Service is a special day recognized by all of AmeriCorps. It is a day where we have the chance to help others in tribute to those who were killed or injured on September 11, 2001.

Please join us on one of our three Facebook pages to learn a variety of skills from our 14 current AmeriCorps VISTA members! You won't want to miss these awesome life skills that each of our members will be sharing.
