Job Title: Fundraiser Department: Operations Reports to: Executive Director Effective Date: July 2021 Job Summary: The Fundraiser will plan, oversee, and assist the Executive Director by pursuing funding from various sources, participating in fundraising drives, and assisting with grant proposals. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: Identify and build relationships with potential donors. Secure commitments of participation or donation from individuals or corporate donors. Develop fundraising activity plans that maximize participation or contributions and minimize costs. Develop strategies to encourage new or increased contributions. Create or update donor databases. Develop or implement fundraising activities, such as annual giving campaigns, digital marketing, and direct mail programs.
