Description

In response to a call deeply rooted in her personal philosophy of service, a Maryland Therapist, Ms. Adlate Adaugo Anyadike visited the Nigerian village where she was born. Mrs. Anyadike was troubled by the economic condition of the village and from that point, was determined to do something to help ease the suffering of local residents. Her determination led to a vision to develop infrastructures for the underserved villagers in her local community of birth. Mrs. Anyadike's vision is to move the local Nigerian villagers beyond maintaining a subsistence level to becoming productive members of the local, national, and world economies.

Projects:

Satellite telephone tower - Financed the building of a 150FT satellite telephone tower in the village of Uloana Imo State, Nigeria.

Uloano Community Health Center - 370FT underground water borehole in Uloano Ndugba L.G.A., Imo State, Nigeria. Impacted over 500 people.

Santa Maria - 415FT underground water borehole for communal latrines, wash (water and sanction, hygiene) education. Directly impacted 1,650 people and indirectly impacted 3,500 people.

Recognized with an Executive Citation from Baltimore County for its efforts to provide clean water around the world.

Once the organization has funds to proceed it will provide food, clothing, and supplies to the villagers in Nigeria while also embarking on the development of infrastructure to provide clean drinking water.
