Mission Statement

COVR’s mission is to build community for veterans through the non-stigmatizing vehicles of agriculture and peer support. We offer education, mentoring, and therapeutic opportunities in farming, ranching, and crop production, as well as structured and unstructured opportunities for peer support. "The Ranch" has become a hub that provides resources and builds a network of support for local veterans.

Description

Currently COVR operates a hydroponics greenhouse business, offers free community garden space for veterans, mentoring and education in farming and ranching, and various PTSD, peer support, and recovery groups. Future plans include opening the 4-bedroom, remodeled home on the Ranch property for specialized end of life care for combat veterans.
