Mission Statement

To help people of "all colors" enhance their own economic and education goals.

Of Color Inc is a minority female owned and incorporated 501c3. We are founded on the belief that "all people" irregardless of color, can achieve their highest dreams if given the proper resources and tools to do so. We offer a variety of workforce development services to people from under-resourced and forgotten communities and we link individuals to housing services. Our client's ages are 18 - 65, and we target opportunity youth, women with children, veterans, the homeless and those which are dislocated workers. Our goals are many but specific to serving 300 individuals per year in our first five year period of operation.
