Established in 1983, AHEPA National Housing Corporation (ANHC) specializes in property development of apartment communities for seniors and persons with disabilities across the United States, with most of the development for HUD 202 properties.

Volunteered to make cards/instruct the task with residents and Service Coordinator at the Ankeny location. The communication between the Coordinator had good communication in the planning of the activity. The residents were patient, sweet, and happy to have learned a new craft. Would volunteer again as many times as they want.
