It is the Mission of HIS Daughters' Legacy, Incorporated to inspire, empower, motivate and educate young girls to fulfill the plan GOD has for their lives by making positive life choices that will lead to becoming young women who are purposed and positioned to leave a legacy for the next generation of Daughters.
We are a girls mentoring ministry and desire to reach young girls with the message of GOD's love and HIS plan for their lives. We believe some media and modern culture give our girls the wrong messages about what a woman is or should be. We use faith based curriculums, social and cultural events, community service, arts & crafts, and other activities to engage the girls as they discover their true identify in Christ.
We meet twice a month, once for a general session and then for an alternate community service or fun event.
The ministry was birthed out of the local church and we obtained our 501(c) 3 Non Profit designation in 2018. All of our seniors have graduated and gone on to college. It is our hope as we continue to grow is to one day have transportation, a permanent meeting location/space and offer after school programing and services.
