Our mission is to cultivate new restorative pathways to diversity, inclusion, and equity for all underrepresented individuals by using design thinking, scrum project management, and a deep dive into the world of behavioral and personality psychology and applying these components to the equation for change to execute change.
Description
The Path is a research-based, project-based nonprofit organization and a tool of progression & reconciliation. We serve the community by raising awareness of cross-cultural issues. Our method uses the wisdom and experiences of others mixed with historical facts and information to develop tanglible solutions.
