Our mission is to promote community wellness through advocacy, collaboration and innovative programming focused on individual, community, and system resilience. Our vision is to promote community engagements that show passion about community members and energized helping methods to build and maintain resilience. Therefore, we are currently seeking a Community Relations Director( Unpaid/Volunteer/Remote Position) who will collaborate with the executive board and staff across all disciplines and departments to plan, develop, implement, and analyze community relations campaigns, marketing efforts, and related events. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Duties/Responsibilities: Builds and maintains relationships with members of the community. Plans, develops, implements, and organizes events and volunteers to advance the mission and goals of the organization. Organizes community outreach programs and coordinates special events that will foster community engagement or promote products, services, or ideas of the organization. Uses social media to coordinate community relations. Drafts and distributes/publishes various content pieces that promote the company, as well as individuals or groups within the company. Selects positive publicity materials and distributes them through a variety of channels. Responds to inquiries from community members and other interested parties; when needed, recruits a knowledgeable spokesperson or information source to assist. Plans, coordinates, and executes special events and press conferences. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work extremely well as part of a team. Ability to evaluate the cost of a program and compare it to the benefits for the organization. Excellent persuasion skills. Ability to work well under pressure and manage sensitive or controversial subjects with tact, kindness, and professionalism. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. Experience in lieu of a degree may be considered. At least two years of work in public relations OR at least two years of work in a field related to the company preferred. info@corlc.org

Therefore, we are currently seeking a Donor Relations Manager( Unpaid/Volunteer/Remote Position) who will collaborate with the executive board and staff across all disciplines and departments to enhance and grow revenue and current and prospective donors. Responsibilities: Design, document, and implement a systematic and integrated donor relations program. Establish and manage information tracking processes regarding acknowledgment, recognition, ongoing communications, and continued cultivation of past and current donors and members to enhance their relationship with CORLC. Maintain online profiles, including Charity Navigator and Guidestar Assist with final reports for grants and other writing needs. Discovers donor companies’ corporate social responsibility and/or workplace giving objectives, identifies opportunities that align with CORLC’s mission statement, and work with staff to create engagement initiatives and opportunities. Therefore, we are currently seeking a Grant Development Specialist/Grants Volunteer Manager (Volunteer/Remote Position) who will collaborate with the executive board and staff across all disciplines and departments to secure funding and support our future growth. Primary responsibilities and duties: Research, write, edit, and submit grants to various funding agencies. Develop grants with local, foundation and/or private agency applications for submission, negotiation and implementation of the grant-funded activities (estimated funding levels $25K - $2.5M per grant). Monitor and analyze grant activities by identifying and solving potential or existing grant issues. Write, develop and coordinate grant proposal packages to government agencies and foundations. Oversee and continuously monitor performance measures, grant deliverables and reports to ensure grant targets and responsibilities are met. Work with internal departments to ensure preparation of written and statistical reports are completed in a timely manner and submitted to funding agencies once approved by the executive board. As a grants manager you are responsible for submitting applications, renewals and oversight of current programs within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Primary Accountabilities: Ensure that all work is done in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure that all tasks related to the grant process are in accordance with company policies and governmental regulations Develop and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers. Essential Function/ Key Competencies: High level of skill at building relationships and providing excellent customer service to all funding agencies. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in the use of a computer and commonly used software packages, including Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle multiple/diverse tasks requiring knowledge and experience. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Position requirements: -Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in lieu of a degree may be considered. -Knowledge and Experience: Demonstrated experience writing or assisting with grant proposals for non-profits as well as government organizations. -Knowledge of federal, state, and local grant laws, rules, regulations, processes, and procedures. -Physical/ Environmental: Constant sitting, standing and walking, Constant use of a computer, A medium to high level of manual dexterity required. info@corlc.org

Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: Works with co-founders to determine the mission, purpose, and priorities of the organization. Sets annual monetary goals and budgets according to short- and long-term goals. Establishes fundraising objectives for the organization, setting one year, five year, and longer-term goals. Maintains a list of potential financial donors including corporations, foundations, and individuals. Produces relevant and informative fundraising literature for distribution to previous donors and the public. Researches potential sources of, and applies for, grants and public funding. Plans fundraising events that effectively communicate the purposes of the organization. Required Skills/Abilities: Extensive knowledge of fundraising strategies and principles. Excellent management and supervisory skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Duties/Responsibilities: Identifies the audience, including new and potential donors and community members; develops a communication strategy and voice appropriate for reaching that audience. Through public-facing communication, develops and maintains a positive public image for the organization. Collaborates with management to develop the organization's vision statement, mission statement, public policies, and related messaging. Collaborates with marketing and advertising staff to ensure marketing campaigns are consistent with the organization's public image. Develops and implements a long-term plan to communicate the company's mission statement internally and externally. Drafts and implements crisis management strategies to mitigate negative media exposure and other similar risks. Composes, reviews, and/or distributes press releases and other public-facing communication. Oversees and organizes fundraising activities. Drafts and distributes materials to promote fundraising efforts. Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or guidelines related to fundraising. Required Skills/Abilities: Extensive knowledge of public relation principles and strategies. Extensive knowledge of fundraising best practices and strategies. Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts and outlets. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
