HELP MENTOR AND COACH YOUNG SCHOLARS THAT ARE ABOVE GRADE LEVEL. Transform the lives of young children by creating an environment of intellectual fervor, creativity, humanity, and pride. Demonstrate the practical value of education in helping students define their future success in the classroom, careers, and beyond.

Description

Above-grade-level kids are often overlooked for additional mentoring and assistance beyond the gifted program. Not because of anything wrong with the schools or the gifted program. Above grade average kids are often perceived as not needing extra help.
Above-grade-level kids should get extra attention, just as better athletes get extra attention with more coaching, more playing time when they are noticed.
