Our mission is to promote more and better transportation choices--real opportunities to ride the bus, take a train, walk, bicycle and carpool. Our work is inspired by a positive vision of a healthy environment, vibrant communities, and an efficient, effective transportation system.

Description

Transportation Choices Coalition is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting more and better transportation choices in Washington. We work to: increase community and public participation in transportation decision making; build and maintain a strong coalition of citizen advocacy groups, public agencies, businesses and individuals committed to promoting transportation choices; advocate legislation and policies that promote alternatives to driving alone; increase public awareness of the costs of driving and the benefits of transportation choices.
