Mission Statement

Our mission is to empower formerly incarcerated women to achieve success while they transition back to their community. Perfect, Inc. program participants receive job training, coaching, mentorship, and job placement with fair pay and benefits. Our Goal is to support each woman as they write the continuation of their story.

Description

In 2021, we are increasing our impact by working with probation and parole officers in Arlington and Fairfax, VA and DC to expand our reach and recruit more women as participants into the employment training and internship program. We will also be adding a creative track for participants starting in 2021. This track will provide training for participants in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
